Auction Planning Meeting: Friday, April 9, 2010

We're down to the last leg!  We won't meet on the week of April 2 as it is officially Spring Break.  So we hope to see everyone on Friday, April 9, one week and one day before the fun event.  Donations came pouring in on Friday, March 26, and we are busy, busy, logging in all the wonderful items we have received.  Again, thank you to the hardworking people who have been out in the community soliciting donations, and to our room parents and teachers who have been working hard to meet the classroom auction project deadline.   We still need a lot of volunteers to help at the auction event.  Please stop by the Parent Center to sign up for volunteer help.  The last two meetings are held at the Parent Center, from 8:15 to 9:30 am.  We hope to see you then.

Join Us for a fun "Night in New Orleans"!  Food, Entertainment and the ever exciting Silent and Live Auction!

Tickets are still available, so make sure you purchase yours before we are sold out.  On the dinner menu:  Chicken and Adouille Jambalaya, Shrimp Etouffee, King Cake, and Beignets to name a few.  Up for Auction:  CSI Miami Set Visit; Tickets to Disneyland, Aquarium of the Pacific, Knotts Berry Farm; Autographed Jersey by Tom Brady; Gift Certificates to High Touch High Tech Science Party, Rose Bowl Aquatics Classes, Tour of Gamble House.  We have several gift certificates to local restaurants, hair salons, boutiques.  We have hundreds of items to auction off....Stop by at the Parent Center to see the complete list.  Please email Committee Chairperson, Ariella Roberts at ariella.roberts@warnerbros.com with any questions about the auction.
